The Product Development team:
Within the Product Team we follow the Lean Startup Methodology to reduce waste in the discovery, creation, and delivering of value to customers. We are a highly creative, collaborative and focused team who create and test ideas constantly, learn from them, pivot and try again.
Within Mesh our business analyst are pivotal in the creation and delivering of real solutions. As a business analyst you need to understand and address the entire product development lifecycle and be comfortable with working closely to multiple stakeholders from clients to support.

Role Summary:
We are searching for a Graduate Business Analyst who is interested in Product Development and creating greater access for all to the financial markets. In this role you will work on some of the latest technologies and have firsthand involvement in shaping the financial markets infrastructure. Our graduate program is structured to provide you with the relevant industry experience and guide you into becoming a Business Analyst or Product Owner within our Product development team. You will work alongside Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Software Engineers and QA Engineers to define the business problem and determine solutions to our client’s problems.
Responsibilities and skills:
- Versed in Product implementation methodologies: Lean Startup and Agile
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications: system analysis
- Development and execution of test packs and test cases
- Analysis and modelling of the interaction and integrations of complex industry wide systems
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Creating system guidelines and manuals
- Execution of test cases
Not required but would be beneficial:
- Versed in Product implementation methodologies: Lean Startup and Agile
- Experience working with blockchain or other Financial Market applications
- Experience in product development
- Capital Markets experience or knowledge of financial products
- Sufficient in UML modelling
Requirements:
- 0 – 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business Sciences
